Therapy is not one-size fits all. Each client is unique, and that means they need a therapist that fits their unique needs. The best way to see if we are a good fit is to have a conversation. I am happy to offer free 15 minute consultations to discuss your needs and goals. If it turns out I am not the right therapist for you, THAT’S OK!   • I provide counseling services women and men, ages 14 and up in Texas, virtually and in-person.

  • My counseling approach is founded in cognitive, mindfulness, and body-based approaches. However, you are in the driver’s seat. I am the co-pilot. If you need new directions and a different approach we can change our goals and strategies. Personal interests can play a role as well. If you love art, writing, or music, for example, we can incorporate those aspects of your life into treatment.

  • I accept clients insured with Aetna, and private pay. I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to be reimbursed by their insurance using out-of-network benefits. I also offer sliding scale on and limited basis.

  • Individual sessions are 50 minutes long, and couples sessions are 60 minutes long. The frequency of our sessions depend on your needs. If you are having severe symptoms, weekly is usually the best way to start. We can move to bi-weekly and monthly as we make progress.

  • Yes. As a mom, I understand how difficult it can be to get away for personal time and appointments, especially in early post-partum. Your baby is welcome to join you. Feel free to feed, change, cuddle, and tend your baby as we work together.
