I am in network with Aetna. Otherwise, services are private pay. I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to use their out-of-network benefits and be reimbursed by insurance.

Individual counseling with Anna Beth. Currently virtual, office (in Bandera and Kerrville), and nature based sessions available. We can also set up a customized hybrid treatment to alternate between virtual and nature therapy. Nature therapy entails meeting at a park or natural area where we can walk (or sit) and talk. If you are in the Hill Country (Kerrville, Bandera, Boerne areas), we are able to meet in person.

Length: 60 minutes

Max number of participants: 5-10 depending on the group intention and structure.

Private session with a trauma-informed self defense instructor. Currently virtual, but we will post an update when in-person sessions are available. For clients in counseling with Quest, the cost of Self-Defense training is included in the counseling fee.

Caught between hope and fear, you wonder: How do you talk about it with loved ones? How do you navigate the medical minefield and emotional rollercoaster that is IVF, donor conception, surrogacy, and pregnancy loss? With specialized training in Fertility Counseling, I will walk the road with you, whatever may come.

I provide counseling services women and men, ages 14 and up in Texas, virtually and in-person.

My counseling approach is founded in cognitive, mindfulness, and body-based approaches. However, you are in the driver’s seat. I am the co-pilot. If you need new directions and a different approach we can change our goals and strategies. Personal interests can play a role as well. If you love art, writing, or music, for example, we can incorporate those aspects of your life into treatment.

I accept clients insured with Aetna, and private pay. I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to be reimbursed by their insurance using out-of-network benefits. I also offer sliding scale on and limited basis.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes long, and couples sessions are 60 minutes long. The frequency of our sessions depend on your needs. If you are having severe symptoms, weekly is usually the best way to start. We can move to bi-weekly and monthly as we make progress.

Yes. As a mom, I understand how difficult it can be to get away for personal time and appointments, especially in early post-partum. Your baby is welcome to join you. Feel free to feed, change, cuddle, and tend your baby as we work together.
