I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for adults navigating infertility, assisted reproduction, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and reproductive loss. I also treat adults and teens (14+) suffering from trauma related to abuse and neglect. Referrals and collaboration are welcome.

Availability: Accepting new clients

Access: Telehealth (TX) | In-person Hill Country (Bandera, Kerrville, & Boerne)

Payment: Self-pay, sliding scale & superbills available

Population: Adults and Teens (14+)

Common Reasons for Referral

  • Infertility & assisted reproduction (IVF, IUI, TTC)

  • Pregnancy after loss or infertility

  • Perinatal mood & anxiety symptoms

  • Postpartum adjustment

  • Reproductive loss & grief

  • Medical trauma

  • Relationship strain during treatment

  • Other Trauma (sexual assault, intimate partner violence, childhood abuse and neglect)

  • Non-directive, medically respectful mental health care

  • Collaborative approach with referring providers when appropriate

  • Scope-appropriate behavioral health support
    (I do not provide medical advice or alter medical treatment plans. I encourage the client to communicate with their medical provider.)

Collaboration & Care Coordination

Referrals and provider collaboration are welcome. With appropriate releases, I am happy to coordinate care, provide general treatment updates, or consult as clinically indicated.
