My life coaching services in the Texas Hill Country are designed specifically for moms, athletes, and equestrians who are ready to grow, perform, and feel more like themselves again. Unlike therapy, which addresses mental health diagnosis and healing past wounds, life coaching is future-focused. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, strengthen your mindset, and create actionable strategies to help you move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

Why Life Coaching (Not Therapy)?

Life coaching is a good fit if you:

Investment

  • $600- 5 Hours of coaching per month. This can be broken up however you like, whether you need an hour long session one week, and just 30 minutes the next. This package is flexible to suit your needs. I meet virtually, or in person at a mutually agreed upon location.

    This package includes the initial 75 minute intake and planning session.

  • $150- 75 minutes. This initial session is for exploring your goals and developing a collaborative plan. Virtual or in person.

  • $130- 1 hour coaching session. Virtually or in person.
